2. What personal data we collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form and standard web server logs:
- Identifiers: name, company name, business email, business phone (when you submit our inquiry form)
- Inquiry content: the message you write to us
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps (standard web logs)
- Cookies: a minimal session cookie and, where consented, Google Analytics (GA4) measurement cookies
3. How we use your data (purposes & legal bases)
- To respond to your inquiry and provide requested information about our services (performance of a contract / pre-contract step)
- To improve our site and services (legitimate interests)
- To comply with applicable law and tax/accounting record-keeping (legal obligation)
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.
4. Sharing & third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with the following categories of service providers, strictly to operate our services:
- Hosting / CDN: Vercel Inc. (U.S.)
- Email delivery: Resend Inc. (U.S.)
- Analytics: Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (only when you accept analytics cookies in your region)
- Database / authentication: Supabase Inc. (data stored in our chosen region)
These processors are contractually required to safeguard your data and process it only on our instructions.
5. International data transfers
Our company is based in Japan. Some of our service providers (e.g. Vercel, Resend, Google) are located in the United States. Where required (e.g. for visitors from the EU/EEA/UK), transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
6. How long we keep your data
Inquiry data: kept for up to 3 years from the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law (tax / accounting), or until you request deletion (whichever comes first). Web logs: typically up to 90 days.

You have the right to: access your data; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
Japan (APPI) and other regions
Residents of Japan and other jurisdictions have equivalent rights of access, correction, deletion and complaint as provided under applicable local law.

8. Cookies & tracking
We use only strictly necessary cookies by default. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are loaded only after consent in jurisdictions that require it. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

We apply organizational and technical safeguards (TLS in transit, access control, least-privilege access to data, encrypted backups by our processors) to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, by additional notice on our website.
